Reflection Third Month

In this course I liked that most of the speeches I gave were about things that I liked. I also enjoyed listening to my classmates give speeches because they were very interesting and fun. The thing I enjoyed the most were the interviews/TV shows. I investigated about things I loved and that was great. I learned a lot of new things about every topic you can mention, for example drunk driving, running, healthy food etc. This course made me get better at investigating information about anything. This was a very fun class and I enjoyed it a lot.

Reflection Third Month

      This month i learned about two new stories, new authors and grammatical structures i didn't know how to use correctly. The two new words that I learned from the assignment “The Necklace” were blunder and trifled. Blunder sounds like a fun word and the meaning is a carless, gross or stupid mistake. Trifled sounds like rifle which is cool and the definition is an article or thing of very little value. I have improved in 3rd conditional and that is the hardest one for me.

Meryl Streep's Helping Life

     "The nicest thing on earth is knowing you've helped someone." Meryl Streep has always been a great actress, but did you know she is a great person too?

     Meryl Streep has been helping lots of charities troughout her life. The most important charity for her is the one she made with her husband. They collect money and donate it to causes life education, health and families.

    The world needs more people like Meryl who are helpful, thoughtful and loyal. Her qualities will make everyone want to be life her

Superhero

Bruces' and Batmans' Importance

       "It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me." That is a quote by Bruce Wayne that strongly shows his personality. In this essay I'm going to explain why Batman is a great superhero and my favorite one.

     Bruce Wayne is an American billionaire, philanthropist (loves and cares for people) in the day, but at night he is Batman. He is my favorite superhero because even though he has a lot of money, he still cares for society and he uses all of that money to help the people around him. He is also one of the bravest persons that I’ve heard of. He fights all of the villains that try to destroy Gotham (his city). I would love to be him because I would be able to help people in an extreme and great way, furthermore, nobody would be asking for autographs since my identity would be hidden. I admire him because he has great values like strength (he fights his enemies and wins), purpose (his only purpose in life is make his city better which is beautiful), extreme morality (saves good people), and protector (protector of his city).

                                                        

In conclusion, Batman is such a loyal, strong and caring person, that you have to love him. I would like to be like him someday.
